Tom Boother is a long distance runner - he uses running as a metaphor to help people start and finish their biggest challengers through Keynote and motivational speaking, company training and as a personal coach.
Tom's longest run has been from Lands End to John O'Groats. It took him 15 days, 18 hours and 18 minutes to cover the 862 miles. Prior to that he had finished some of Europe's longest single stage races, the furthest he has run in one go is 145 miles.
Tom's unique methodology comes from him being no athlete, he has had to work out how to start and finish these runs from a low base to excelling. It is simple to understand and apply to business, work and life.
